Who's Yer Con Sponsors and Exhibitors

We are proud to present Who’s Yer Con 2010, March 12-14 at The Holiday Inn Indianapolis North at the Pyramids. Who’s Yer Con is a FREE weekend gathering of gamers, games, RPGA, demos, crafts, and FUN. We have negotiated an excellent price for Con space with the Holiday Inn North at the Pyramids, with special room rates for overnight convention attendees.

Our sponsors made Who’s Yer Con 2009 a huge success. Who’s Yer Con 2009 produced a spectacular gathering of more than 350 gamers enjoying board, card, rpg, and RPGA games. We had several prize drawings per day and gave out literally hundreds of freebies. Our gift bags were the talk of the Con last year as we received some great donations. We are now preparing for Who’s Yer Con 2010 and again offering wonderful sponsorship opportunities. This year we hope to fill a minimum of 300 gift bags with goodies and advertisements. A product/promotional donation to our gift bags is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your gaming related business or event directly to gamers FREE of charge. Who’s Yer Gamers, Inc. also offers expanded sponsorship levels for much needed monetary donations; benefits include various sizes of ads in our Con Program and sponsorship recognition on our web site and/or t-shirt.

New for Who’s Yer Con 2010: 8 Exhibitor Spaces! The exhibitor spaces for WYC 2010 are very limited so please read and complete the linked packet and return it with the corresponding fee to Who’s Yer Gamers, Inc. as soon as possible. Applications for exhibitors will be accepted on a first come/first served basis and approval granted as determined by the Con committee. Exhibitors are welcome to share booth space; all exhibitors will be required to complete the application and submit proof of insurance and sales license.

Who’s Yer Gamers, Inc. saw many triumphs and challenges in 2009. Promoting the general gaming industry proved to be the most fun but also excluded us from obtaining charitable organization status. Who’s Yer Gamers, Inc. and Who’s Yer Con still enjoy and operate under the non-profit corporation designation, however, donations to the organization or the convention are not a tax-deductible charitable contributions. This challenge has proven to be a wonderful opportunity for us to support 501c3 charitable organizations such as Gamers for Humanity, who will be exhibiting at Who’s Yer Con and kicking off their annual trip to New Orleans on Sunday, March 14, 2010.
